YSNN Balance Class, Mondays at 9am via zoom: Lead by retired physical therapist and member, this class offers a practical and fun approach to building our balance stamina while we go at our own pace, and gradually build up to the repetitions that help us improve our balance, pushing ourselves to gain strength, but respecting our limits.  This class is not recommended for anyone who depends on a walker or a cane for balance, or is experiencing vertigo or dizziness. All participants should modify the exercises to meet their needs and abilities.

Emergency Planning 101 Sessions on Zoom

If you have thought about but not acted on Emergency Preparedness, this SERIES is for you!

Come to the first of four sessions where we will describe our plan to work together to actually be prepared for an emergency by the end of May! We’ll move together from thinking to doing basic planning and have a few laughs in between!

This is a 4 session series and it is important to come, if you can, by the second session for continuity. We will post videos of our Series Sessions on our website and may revisit the series at a later date.

March 24 – Session One

April 14 – Emergency Planning 101 for YSNN – Session Two

April-28 – Emergency Planning 101 for YSNN – Session Three

May 12 – Emergency Planning 101 for YSNN – Session Four

A ZOOM invitation will be emailed after 12 pm on the day of the presentation. Please write down the Meeting ID and Passcode, you will need them to join the presentation.
